• Removal of a windowless, concrete shell and replacing with an attractive, appealing office
• An existing inconsistent column pattern drove the design solution of incorporating a variable patterned facade that could flex with window and opening needs
• Daylit views to the outside drove employee enthusiasm and approval of the new space
• Program encompassed reception, training spaces for staff, story walls of company history in guest corridors, and oil testing laboratories
