Groundbreaking on Star Metals coincided with an epic thunderstorm, but that didn’t dampen the spirits of the team! Warner Summers functions as architect of record with Oppenheim Architecture as the design architect for the mixed-use Star Metals class-a office building located across the street from the Star Metals residences.

The Allen Morris Company is the developer for the project, and JLL is running leasing with Jeff Bellamy and Liz Koteles as main contacts.
