New things are happening on the Upper Westside and Warner Summers is excited to be a part of the reimagination of our community! Things started with a renovation and refresh for OFS Brands Showroom located on Collier Road.

Another nearby project which is almost complete is for Ciot, the specialty stone company occupying the building on which the famous Upper Westside mural is located. As part of the building design process, we met with community members to discuss an update to the mural.

We’ve also been involved with other building improvements in the area, helping to update and refresh this important corridor. As the muralist Peter Ferrari, commissioned by Sweetwater Holdings, states, “Bloom where you are planted”!
